The Model 500 Wind Sensor is a rugged and reliable, all solid-state automatic system with no moving parts. The sensor reports wind speed and direction, temperature, and barometric pressure.
Developed by Fidelity Technologies, the Model 500 is unique in the application of patented Hot Film Technology. This technology has demonstrated its performance and reliability on military tanks, power transmission towers, coastal environments, and military portable weather stations.
The Model 500 can be configured to deliver either digital or analog outputs, making it suitable for interface with a variety of host systems.
